The business runs two halves. There is the mobile locksmith service — emergency callouts around the clock, lock fitting, UPVC repairs, safe installation and everything that has to happen at your address. And there is the workshop in the Folly Market, where keys are cut by locksmiths rather than by a machine in the corner of a supermarket, and where you can look at a lock before you buy it.
Our locksmiths hold City & Guilds locksmithing qualifications and keep training. They carry identification, and they have unblemished Disclosure and Barring Service checks — which matters more in this trade than in most, because you are letting somebody learn exactly how your house is secured.
Work is done to insurance, police and industry standards, and all of it is covered by a one year guarantee. Surveys in the Hampshire area are free and carry no obligation, and quotations come verbally, by email or in writing, whichever you prefer.
